Training Manual
Training Manual: A seven modular training program that is used by the Coordinators of the New York State Long Term Care Ombudsman program (NYSLTCOP) to provide 36 hour training for potential Ombudsman Volunteers.
Once an Ombudsman Volunteer has completed this 36 hour training, the Volunteers become a certified Ombudsman Volunteer for the NYSLTCOP.
