The New York Office of the State Long Term Care Ombudsman has recently put together a Resource Center for residents, family members, ombudsmen and other professionals who support people living in long term care facilities. Books and videos are available for loan. Manuals and training materials are available for download. Selected web site resources are also identified and made available through quick links. Some materials are also available in languages other than English.
